The reason is, if we not keeping a budget, we may borrow the money from an illegal loan like Chetti, Ah Long or other else. Therefore, if we do not have money to pay to them it will make our life as well as our family miserable.
Besides that, the effect of not keeping a personal budget is it will make our family lives very difficult. As a result, we can see a problem from the family whom had difficulty on money. Example, a marriage couple had divorce because they do not have money to survive their own family.
In conclusion, this effect will make us and our family lives unhappy because of our own mistake not to keeping a budget. So, we should keep a personal budget to make our life easy and happy.
